• Service and Return - Send your vaporizer into us for repairs or routine maintenance and we will quickly return your fully serviced and calibrated vaporizer.

• Service/Exchange - We will send you a fully serviced & calibrated vaporizer* that you keep. Using the enclosed label and packing materials, you return the service-due vaporizer to complete the exchange.** 

• Loaner Vaporizers - We will send you a patient ready vaporizer to use as a loaner while you send in yours to be professionally serviced/repaired and calibrated.
